Reviving Nature: The El Tambo Reforestation Project

Our Mission

At El Tambo Retreat, our mission is to restore and protect the biodiversity of the Andean ecosystem by planting 12 hectares of native species forest. By extending the vital ecological habitat next to Reserva Ecológica Los Ilinizas, we aim to support local wildlife, combat deforestation, and enhance the natural environment. Through sustainable practices and community engagement, we strive to create a lasting impact on both the local ecosystem and the global effort to preserve biodiversity. Our goal is to inspire others to reconnect with nature and contribute to the health of our planet.

Biodiversity Focus

El Tambo’s reforestation project restores 12 hectares with native Andean species, enhancing local biodiversity. By increasing plant variety, we promote healthier ecosystems that support wildlife, soil health, and water cycles. This effort strengthens natural resilience, benefiting both local species and the global environment through sustainable, biodiverse ecosystems.

Our Roll

We invite you to support our mission by donating, eco-volunteering, or sharing our cause to help preserve this critical ecosystem. Together, we can make a lasting impact!
